Re: Article rating

All pages in Wikipedia come in pairs: the content page and its talk page. The content page contains the actual content while the talk pages contain the discussions and all other stuff pertaining to improving the content of the corresponding content page. Since Article assessments/ratings are about improving the articles, the talk page is the appropriate location for that.
