I am open about my affiliation with a coffee importing company. However, I sincerely hope that my edits will not immediately be discounted as shilling. I am one of the principle members of this company and one of two individuals who do all of the research into new imports, coffee varieties, coffee production, marketability, and so on, and one of two individuals who make the buying decisions. We have to fight for importing contracts, so we don't import anything unless we strongly believe it is worth our time and effort. I have no loyalty to any brand and get paid zero commission. I don't do make edits because my boss told me to. I don't have a boss capable of making me do anything. I make edits ONLY when my research applies to the topic, and where I think my understanding of international coffee production and consumption will help to broaden the scope of articles that may be prejudiced in favor of American (by which I mean the United States, not Central America) taste preferences and, worse, misleading marketing. Unfortunately, much of my research is original. I understand this is against wikipedia's policy, so I don't post anything that comes from my own research, much though it pains me to ignore inaccurate information. It is my understanding that it's all right to qualify generalities by changing "always" to "often" when a statement is only occasionally true, but if I'm wrong, I appreciate being corrected.
