I am interested in the history of York, Western Australia, where my French GGF, Aimable Ciril Dupérouzel, and my Irish GGM, Julie Neagle, settled in the late 1850s. Inspired by Janet Millett’s book, An Australian Parsonage or, the Settler and the Savage in Western Australia, I published Sunset Over Mount Douraking in June 2019 as a tribute to Janet and Rev.
