Hello and welcome to Wikipedia; in respect of this draft, please click on the link in the message above in respect of conflict of interest; there are declarations which need to be made. Please note a conflict of interest is not necessarliy seen as any sort of criticism of an individual editor, but is just one of the ways in which Wikipedia attempts to ensure neutrality. Thank you. Message for Eagleash from William Thomas Duperouzel - Would it be possible to email? <redacted eMail> William Thomas Duperouzel( talk ) 21:13, 31 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I do not immdiately see a reason to use eMail; (BTW please do not put your RL contact details in any publicly visible page). However. if you wish to do so please go to my talk page and click on the link on the left 'email this user'. I cannot guarantee a reply via eMail the talk pages exist for communication and Wikipedia prefers discussions to be visible open and transparent. If you wish to attract another editor's attention use 'ping' I.e start any further message for me here by typing {{ping|Eagleash}} which will alert me to it. (Please remember to sign your posts on talk pages by typing four keyboard tildes like this: ~~~~. Or, you can use the [ reply ] button, which automatically signs posts.) Thank you. Why Draft:James Ross Duperouzel was speedily deleted, and suggestions about what to next[edit]

Hi William,

Unfortunately this draft article has been deleted.

The reason why it was deleted is because the text was entirely copied and pasted from what appears to be your personal website. I note that at the bottom of that particular webpage is "© 2016 William Thomas Duperouzel"

I also note that you have cited references, as a Wikipedia page might, in that webpage .

Please do feel free to recreate the draft, but strictly with references from those sources themselves, not your own website.

I have created a page about WWI Australian soldier. While in no way do I suggest that it is anything else but a little "stub", I do suggest that it may possibly guide to towards creating a better article.

Perhaps you could see and possibly participate in the Military history "Wikiproject"?
