No, you are not supposed to edit Wikipedia. If you edit anyway, your work will be discovered, then all of it will be reverted quickly and easily, so it's a waste of your time and energy. Your only realistic option is to stay away for six months, then ask an administrator to give you a second chance, and if the administrator reading your unblock request is convinced you are going to follow the various guidelines and contribute constructively, they will unblock your Littlemixfan! user name. I was just saying that some of the other edits are not my by me sometimes but since i have been on Wikipedia for a little while i know what to edit and what not to edit and how to do it and how not to do it so some of the random ones are not by me.
