A tag has been placed on Urban Development & Housing Department (Bihar), requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. I have made a page of goverment agency of state bihar of india. This agency is own of the major agecy of bihar goverment whose wikipidea page is not available. None of the image or text used in this are copyrighted. All data are taken from offical website, whose link I have mentioned in Wikipedia page. So unblock me as there is no copyright infringement

In 'website policies' present at bottom of [2] you can see that it is clearly mentioned in copyright policy that 'material featured on this website are free to reproduce for information purposes. So due to this reason it is not copyright infringement done by me. So please unblock me.

I can not find that statement, though it's very possible that I missed it. On https://state.bihar.gov.in/urban/CitizenHome.html I see "Copyright IPRD 2023" and clicking on the Website Policies link, which takes me to https://state.bihar.gov.in/urban/Websitepolicy.html, I see that the material may be reproduced free of charge, but the content is not freely licensed. For example, the content may "not to be used in a derogatory manner". Such a restriction is not compatible with Wikipedia's licensing. It is unclear whether the website's copyright policy was complied with by you or whether it is an acceptable license on Wikipedia. Nor is it clear (to me) what text you copied from the website to the article. You violated another owner's copyright, which is the basis for the deletion per WP:G12 and is noted in the speedy tag and the deletion itself, when you copied the entire lead of the article. Finally, the article was deleted not only as a copyright violation but as blatant advertising per WP:G11. Finally, I did not block you just for the creation of that article. As you can see I can reproduce data of this website according to copyright policy of the website present on https://state.bihar.gov.in/urban/Websitepolicy.html & as you are saying it is also written that "the material has to be reproduced accurately and not to be used in a derogatory manner or in a misleading context" which means we cannot change the meaning of data present on this website. We are allowed to use the data present in this website as it is means, without making any changes in it, which I did. I have used the data present in 'About Us' section of https://state.bihar.gov.in/urban/CitizenAboutUs.html as it is. So it not any violation and I have also used this link as reference in my article of Wikipedia page. And one more thing we indian are allowed to use any data present on any govement website according to "GUIDELINES FOR INDIAN GOVERNMENT WEBSITES" present under section 3.1.2 on page no. 21 of https://www.stqc.gov.in/sites/default/files/Guidelines%20for%20Indian%20Govt%20Websites%20-%20GIGW2018_Released%20version.pdf, if its copyright policies statement are like above.

So remove my block as I have followed all rule and regulation of the website and policies of goverement of indian
