[edit]Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rob Young (broadcaster), even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Please do not edit discussions that have been archived, even to do minor changes such as correcting grammar. signed, Rosguill talk 00:04, 9 June 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page List of unsolved deaths has been reverted.
Your edit here to List of unsolved deaths was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed () is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 23:25, 29 March 2021 (UTC)

Hello, I'm XLinkBot. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to List of solved missing person cases have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links.

Re Suzanne Bombardier
[edit]Your addition was rolled back for reasons I don't understand at all -- something about bad sources, but your sources are fine I think. That's odd. But beyond all that, the person was missing for like a few days, and I'm not sure if that qualifies for inclusion. Maybe it does, not sure.
Also you included the name of a person who has only been charged with a crime, we only include names of people who have been convicted (and not always then).
I'd recommended starting an account if you wanto edit, it takes like 20 seconds, is free, and doesn't have any captcha or require to you give any info such as email address. It just makes things generally better all around. Cheers and happy wiki'ing, and message me if you have any questions. Herostratus (talk) 20:22, 30 March 2021 (UTC)
Copying licensed material requires attribution
[edit]If you continue to copy from Transformers Wiki, you need to add the required attribution indicating that text has been copied. This is required by the terms of the Creative Commons license. In order to meet the Wikipedia guideline on plagiarism, such content must be fully attributed. This requires not only acknowledging the source, but acknowledging that the source is copied. I have fixed this once again for you here, but if the unattributed copying continues in the future I may simply revert, as it's not reasonable to expect other editors to continually clean up after your edits. CS1 error on Hanson (band)
[edit]Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Hanson (band), may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:
- A "bare URL and missing title" error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 20:04, 30 October 2023 (UTC)
Warning: tendentious soapboxing in edit summaries
[edit]I noticed this edit of yours at Legitimacy (family law), which was a dummy edit adding only a single blank space to the article, accompanied by the following edit summary:
- People SHOULD obey the law of god and NOT have children outside of marriage
Wikipedia is not a soapbox for you to spew your personal opinions for the betterment of the world. If you do this again, you may have your editing privileges suspended. Mathglot (talk) 01:35, 17 January 2024 (UTC)
