Schreyeralm Formation[edit]
I don't think that this is actually located in Germany. Both the Paleobiology Database & the Fossilworks link in-article state that this is actually an Austrian formation, while this paper mentions 'the Schreyeralm Limestone of the Northern Calcareous Alps,' which is both located in Austria & Germany. Regarding Richard A. Thulborn[edit]
Please consult WP:SCHOLAR before creating stubs about scientists (or any person), and make an effort to verify the living or dead status of the subject. Unless you have evidence to the contrary, or the subject was born more than a hundred years ago, always assume the subject is alive, per WP:BLP. You seem to have arbitrarily pulled Thulborn's name him out of a book he was mentioned in, making a biased article, and stating a fact that is insufficient to establish notability. I've added some broader context to give a fairer picture, and you're welcome to help expand the article, but from what I've found thus far there may not be enough significant secondary material to build a comprehensive biography. I have a question about the conventions for articles about geological/stratigraphic units. There seem to be some unusual usages (to my experience) and redundancies. I will only at this point discuss the List of fossiliferous stratigraphic units in Kansas and the Category:Geologic formations of Kansas as my familiarity is with Kansas Geology.
In the List of fossiliferous stratigraphic units in Kansas in particular I noticed listings of what seems to me to be redundant articles, which I think is owing to the unusual naming (which I may be wrong about):
Off the bat, the Admire Group is listed as Admire Formation; in the KGS literature I have read, this and all other groups are all called groups, not formations. Then, the Admire Group is given in your list with its constituent formations, which are shown (IMO correctly) with no “formation” qualifier, even though that is what they are.
There are three entries for the Foraker Limestone formation, but each link to the same page, which IMO is correctly titled without the formation qualifier in this instance. The article itself states that the Foraker is in Nebraska, but it neglects to also state that the formation is also in Kansas and Oklahoma. Moreover, some units like the Grenola Limestone formation are listed twice AND linked to two different articles; one placing it in Kansas and the other placing it in Oklahoma, when it is the same formation in both states (and in Nebraska, too). Then there are a number of actual members described as formations.
It is my observation that in general, that the qualifiers member and formation are commonly dropped; being used only when necessary to give context or when it has become conventional to call a particular unit by its member or formation qualifier, such as the Dakota or Ogallala.
I realize these are stubs, but I would like to contribute to the expansion of the Kansas articles. I imagine that at this point, I would be suggesting deletion/moves/renamings; so I would like to know the conventions for the group/formation/member article titles before I do. Surely, I am not the first to get hung up on this. If it is preferred to list groups and members as formations, please direct me to the relevant geology style guide or discussion.
My intended taxonomy would be the updated Classification of Rocks in Kansas and The National Geologic Map Database.

- Referring to National Geologic Map Database (Geolex), I note the listing of Admire as a Group in the relevant states (and not just in Nebraska). However, Geolex also shows that Admire is referenced in OK as both a Group and as a formation in another Group (Vanoss Group). It is easy to see that the units named Admire are the same stratus in both usages, but I am guessing that in certain Oklahoma locations, the unit has lost the characteristic subdivisions seen in Kansas that elevate it to a Group there.
