Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, did not appear to be constructive based upon multiple minor edits to the article space. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Please try to limit the number of edits to articles for minor revisions. Please try to make all revisions in a smaller number of edits. AldezD (talk) 00:53, 1 June 2022 (UTC)

WP:ME and WP:ES

Please use the WP:ME checkbox when making minor edits to Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and other articles. Please also be sure to include an edit summary per WP:ES. Thanks. AldezD (talk) 14:32, 6 June 2022 (UTC)

Please stop making multiple WP:ME edits without tagging them as minor edits and without using an edit summary as you did here: [1], [2], [3]. AldezD (talk) 03:16, 7 June 2022 (UTC)

Final warning

Please stop making minor edits without tagging them per WP:ME, and please use edit summaries per WP:ES.

AldezD (talk) 13:51, 7 June 2022 (UTC)

Information icon Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! AldezD (talk) 21:54, 16 June 2022 (UTC)

Please use the minor edit checkbox when you make minor edits, such as updates to syntax of citation templates. You can find guidelines here: WP:ME AldezD (talk) 00:48, 29 June 2022 (UTC)

Stop

Stop making minor edits to my talk page from a discussion almost a month old. This follows your long-term pattern of not characterizing minor edits per WP:ME. [9], [10] AldezD (talk) 03:50, 12 July 2022 (UTC)

Stop Immediately

You've been repeatedly warned about the guidelines for WP:ME, WP:ES. Stop posting messages on my talk page akin to "Why?!" AldezD (talk) 04:15, 12 July 2022 (UTC)

Curious

Hello! I am curious, what's the purpose of this edit? ---Another Believer (Talk) 13:47, 30 August 2022 (UTC)

The purpose is in the Help:Labeled section transclusion article. Achmad Rachmani (talk) 15:03, 12 November 2022 (UTC)

Stop asking me where I live.

Please stop posting questions about my personal information on my talk page. AldezD (talk) 19:43, 24 October 2022 (UTC)

Hatnote alterations

You know that titles are supposed to be italicized, which hatnotes already do by default? What are you trying to achieve by canceling italics with another set of apostrophes? -Vipz (talk) 14:46, 12 November 2022 (UTC)

I see the Wikipedia:Hatnote article. Achmad Rachmani (talk) 14:51, 12 November 2022 (UTC)
According to WP:ITHAT, you seem to be correct. It's a guideline, however, and not a strict policy. Not only unitalicizing words that are supposed to be italicized seems wrong to me, but also the way it is being done - piping it with a {{!}}. This is a very sloppy solution to a non-existent problem. I've never seen anyone complain (about titles not standing out) or do this before during five years I've been on Wikipedia. I might start a discussion on changing that when I find time; if you so much wish you're free to continue, I guess. -Vipz (talk) 15:05, 12 November 2022 (UTC)

Archive links

Hello, I'm not the biggest fan of edits that add archives to live links like the ones you did at Netball, as I see them as unneeded clutter, but some other experienced editors wouldn't agree with me. However, if you insist on adding these links, please use https and not http at the start of the URL. Such problems are fixed by Bender the Bot, but it's better that the bot doesn't have to do those edits in the first place. Graham87 14:38, 22 November 2022 (UTC)

ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:27, 29 November 2022 (UTC)

Archiving

Hi, I don't know if you're adding archive links manually or not, but if you are, you can (usually) use https://iabot.toolforge.org/ to do it automatically. Kingsif (talk) 22:49, 11 December 2022 (UTC)
