Can you please just ignore the other submission?... I do not understand why you are considering the other submission and not this one...the other one is already declined and incomplete with no references... and of course I did not change anything in my article as it was only refused due to presence of a duplicate, not due to any errors or comments in the article itself. Hello... Of course I do not mind you considering the "other article", my concern is "Not-considering" my articel... Simply because when I clicked to check the other article it was already refused a few days ago without any updates, no references what-so-ever, outdated information...etc so I am confused why the article I have written would be ignored and another article accepted as the "main" article? although clearly my article was supported with references and structured as a Wikipedia article rather than a simple "word document" - should I in such cases edit the "other article" instead of writing a new one? Yes, you should in such cases edit the existing draft. There is no "my draft" and "your draft", there is a community draft that anyone can edit. The reason why we don't want to have multiple drafts on the same subject is because we can only publish one of them anyway, so the sooner the others are abandoned the less editing (and reviewing) time and effort is wasted on them. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:51, 13 December 2023 (UTC)
