It finally got renewed for a 2nd season. [1]YoungForever(talk) 18:47, 5 February 2019 (UTC)

At least it's better late than never getting renew as we often see a lot of TV series getting cancel just after one season regardless of TV series doing well. — YoungForever(talk) 05:40, 6 February 2019 (UTC)

@YoungForever: Yes, it's nice to see it renewed, though I'm still behind. I've seen up through the first five episodes. At least with broadcast networks, series are never silently canceled or ended, unlike on Nickelodeon and Disney Channel. Amaury (talk | contribs) 08:52, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
I am disappointed the season 1 finale is coming this Thursday. I wonder what next season is going to be about. — YoungForever(talk) 00:27, 26 February 2019 (UTC)

This is CriticismEdits, the real one. I got locked out of my account by someone, don’t know who it is. So if you find edits made by me on your followed by you, it is made by CriticismEdits, just a different username. RareButterflyDoors (talk) 07:57, 6 February 2019 (UTC)

@RareButterflyDoors: I've indefinitely blocked the CriticismEdits account, as there's definitely some funny business going on. For the record I am unable to confirm whether or not RareButterflyDoors, the real CriticismEdits, and the fake CriticismEdits are the same or different persons - though they are definitely related, which is another way of saying that the person who appears to have compromised the account is probably in close proximity. -- zzuuzz (talk) 08:34, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
Just give a few minutes to show you the picture of my account being hacked. RareButterflyDoors (talk) 08:36, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
[2] RareButterflyDoors (talk) 08:47, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
@RareButterflyDoors: You can provide the full IP address beginning with "12" to zzuuzz, who can probably look into it more with that bit of information. Amaury (talk | contribs) 08:50, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
I have that information already, and what I would say is, if you have a little brother, start there. -- zzuuzz (talk) 08:52, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
@Zzuuzz: Wouldn't surprise me if it's that or something along those lines based on Fortnite being mentioned. It's not a game I play, but I know people are crazy over it. Amaury (talk | contribs) 08:54, 6 February 2019 (UTC)

Related discussion: The Lodge (TV series) from January 2019

Why do you feel that the short description template is unnecessary on The Lodge article? When you search for The Lodge, the short description says "british", rather than "British". Poor capitalisation. It feels like you’re sacrificing good grammar purely because you dislike my editing style. Change it yourself if need be. – Joesimnett (talk) 09:26, 6 February 2019 (UTC)

I already answered this back in January. Amaury (talk | contribs) 15:17, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
Amaury, can you please link to that discussion? – I'd like to get the background on this... Thanks. --IJBall (contribstalk) 15:58, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
@IJBall: User talk:Amaury/2019/January#The Lodge (TV series). Amaury (talk | contribs) 17:29, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
OK... The {{Short description}} is a relatively new thing. It's sort of like categories – articles are actually supposed to have one – from the template documentation: "Eventually all articles should have a short description, either directly by using this template, in which case the short description will be unique to the article, or transcluded in another template...". Now, what I'm unclear on is where {{Infobox television}} does the 'short description' automatically or not. Assuming it doesn't, it looks like these {{Short description}} tags shouldn't be removed. Readers don't see them anyway, so it's not a big deal... FWIW. --IJBall (contribstalk) 17:48, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
Now that it’s been cleared up that short descriptions are necessary (especially on The Lodge considering the amount of disambiguations ‘The Lodge’ has), may my edit be reinstated? – Joesimnett (talk) 18:01, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
I would say, yes – just readd it. --IJBall (contribstalk) 20:53, 6 February 2019 (UTC)

We have a page move edit-warer at this article, who is not following WP:BRD, and did not take this to WP:RM as I suggested. This is a controversial move, and should be reverted, so I'd appreciate some help here. Pinging Geraldo Perez and MPFitz1968 as well. Thanks --IJBall (contribstalk) 15:01, 6 February 2019 (UTC)

Edit summaries

Thanks for your comments at Justthefacts9 (talk · contribs)'s TP. He's a tough customer regarding edit summaries, with about 89.5% with no summary. Not the first time he's been advised about this, either; see this comment of mine on his TP, blanked within a day with no response. At least your post lasted slightly longer than mine before he wiped it; oh well. He's a bit "my way or the highway", and exhibits some ownership behavior on some articles as well, and can get bent out of shape if challenged on any of them, so keep an eye out. Happy editing! Mathglot (talk) 09:52, 11 February 2019 (UTC)

Have some WP:DE from some IPs at this article – need assistance. Thanks. --IJBall (contribstalk) 05:07, 13 February 2019 (UTC)

@IJBall: Just reverted over there. It has been a while since I watched the movie on Disney Channel, but I doubt that Mal and Uma were archenemies in their childhood (clearly they are in the movie's "present"). MPFitz1968 (talk) 07:07, 13 February 2019 (UTC)

Draft:High School Musical: The Musical may be calling your name. See: High School Musical (franchise)#High School Musical: The Musical. --IJBall (contribstalk) 21:01, 15 February 2019 (UTC)

Also, it's an open question as to whether Draft:Olivia Rodrigo should be moved to mainspace now. I haven't updated that one yet, but with this new role, she would have "three significant roles" and would meet WP:NACTOR. Pinging Geraldo Perez on this question. --IJBall (contribstalk) 23:57, 15 February 2019 (UTC)
@IJBall: Looks to meet GNG and NACTOR. Geraldo Perez (talk) 00:21, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
@IJBall: I like how people are screaming that Bizaardvark and Andi Mack are over because a main cast member from each series is on this 10-episode limited series. There is a thing called filming one series while another is on hiatus or putting filming on hold of one series while filming of another takes place. It's been done before. In fact, K.C. Undercover did it. Both Zendaya and Veronica Dunne were busy filming films and filming for the third season of K.C. Undercover was put on hold. Zendaya was filming Spider-Man: Homecoming and I don't know/remember what Veronica Dunne was filming. Amaury (talk | contribs) 00:38, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
Bizaardvark probably is done. But I doubt Disney is done with Andi Mack. --IJBall (contribstalk) 04:53, 16 February 2019 (UTC)

Do you have a way to check the end credits, to check this edit? --IJBall (contribstalk) 20:34, 17 February 2019 (UTC)

Good, other than an ordering issue that's been fixed. I'll go through 11–26 now to check all those. 1–10 are already good as I went through those a long time ago. Amaury (talk | contribs) 20:40, 17 February 2019 (UTC)

Closure of "If A non_administrator reverted an administrator edit with out his permission ?" at WP:AN/I

But I thought let's find out what user/admin they are talking about, which might help narrow the boomerang investigation for a reviewing admin... Levivich 06:15, 20 February 2019 (UTC)

I'm not going to your close, but the purpose of the discussion wasn't to get BMK sanctioned; if it was, I would've taken it to WP:ANEW. Also, BMK's block was over a dispute at an unrealted article. Perhaps I could've communicated more clearly, but I honestly was trying to find out the limits of WP:IAR, as I run into this sort of thing surprisingly frequently (and not just with BMK). Lucky

Has anybody been able to find an actual Nickelodeon press release that supports this? --IJBall (contribstalk) 20:53, 25 February 2019 (UTC)

@IJBall: There have been promos on the channel, but no announcements that I can see on sites like Deadline Hollywood. Amaury (talk | contribs) 20:55, 25 February 2019 (UTC)
This looks to be the only (semi)-RS mention that I can find. There is noting here on it. --IJBall (contribstalk) 21:00, 25 February 2019 (UTC)
This is continuing to be a problem at List of Nickelodeon original films. Worse, people are adding an exact date for it – the promo I saw on TeenNick said simply "in March", with no exact date. So it's all unsourced, and coming out of nowhere... --IJBall (contribstalk) 06:07, 26 February 2019 (UTC)

User LOVI33

Back to 'rowspan' violating WP:ACCESS use at Sabrina Carpenter. Will likely need to keep more eyes on this now, as this editor has shown they will not stop, and will brazenly ignore consensus on the issue as well. --IJBall (contribstalk) 22:41, 28 February 2019 (UTC)
