Request reason:

I respect your decision in blocking me , I hope I have learned the lesson earlier, I have an oral approval from the author to use their article, but I think it’s not enough , hope I can get another chance soon , thanks for keeping Wikipedia a good place

Accept reason:

I am unblocking your account, because your remarks show you now understand that you can't copy from other websites without written permission. Please write all content in your own words from now on, or by following the correct procedure at WP:Donating copyrighted materials. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 12:46, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Ammar mou. I need to be sure, before I unblock your account, that you understand the expectations as to what you should do in the future. Please read through Wikipedia:Copyrights and leave a short message of your understanding of how copyright law applies to Wikipedia. You don't have to post a new unblock request; just add your remarks below. Thanks, — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 22:12, 25 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Diannaa , thanks for your quick reply , I think I probably made a mistake with understanding of the public domain case (that's why I was copy pasting without paying an attention ) , I ignored the fact that when I want to post something has a copyrights by others , I should ask the permission to Wikipedia admins and they can Email the copyright owner and mostly get a positive response to have some of the content be donated to Wikipedia to be released to public by Wikipedia under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License (What I did in taking an oral permission from one of the copyright owners is totally useless ) , I can hurt Wikipedia and make some legal liabilities ignoring the copy write violation cases .
I really want to be part of Wikipedia , but If I didn't understand well please keep me blocked .
Thanks

Just to correct something, Wikipedia admins do not email copyright owners (not "copy write" - they own the rights, it's not about writing) to seek permission. The material must be released in advance with a suitable licence, as explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:39, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Boing! said Zebedee , oh gosh , it's so embarrassing using that term , I'm using it in my daily life so much , I don't know what I was thinking of when I was writing , I corrected it , thanks a lot for referring to it , it's shameful :)))) .
However about The Email from Admins to the Copyrights owner , I found it in a different Page Requesting copyright permission maybe I misunderstood it correct me please If I'm wrong Ammar mou (talk) 10:23, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
You are, I regret to say, wrong. The page you quote does, indeed, use the word "we", and this could be taken to refer to Wikipedia admins. It is, however, intended to apply to Wikipedia editors as a group. It is a requirement that any individual editor who wishes to make use of copyright material is required personally to follow the approved procedure to gain permission before using said material. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 10:42, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) Don't worry, it's a common mis-type ;-) And yes, I see what you mean about Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. But all that page is really trying to do is suggest ways for you to contact a copyright holder and what you should explain to them - but that's not a task for administrators, it's a task for editors like yourself. Then if the copyright holder agrees to release their material, they need to do so according to Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. Wikipedia does have a lot of confusing pages about copyright (and all kinds of other policies), but it sounds like you're making an effort to understand.
