Hi, you declined a U1 tag on this user page, but while the tag was placed by someone else, the user clearly intended for it to be deleted - they blanked it and added an AfD tag. Hi GoBlueRaiders87, there are many pages that you can edit on Wikipdeia, however there are guidelines that you will need to familiarise yourself with to ensure you edit in a suitable manner. If you have a look at the links I've left on your talk page this should give you some guidance, if your after help editing generally the Teahouse would be a good place to go to start with. Lactation consultant article

Hi Amortias. I was looking for Wikipedia's article on Lactation consultants and saw that you deleted it as an expired PROD. Could you please restore it, as it is an important topic? If you feel the quality is really bad, feel free to restore to my userspace instead of to mainspace. That didn't need a purple box.

Hi. If someone puts a {{resolved}} template on an ANI discussion, it doesn't need a purple box put around it, too. Besides being quite redundant, see Wikipedia talk:Administrators' noticeboard/Archive 13#Closing - is it really always necessary?. Discussion doesn't necessarily end immediately after someone is blocked. There could be further discussion necessary – someone thinks the block is bad, a sock puppet pops up, etc. This has happened to me several times at ANI. In the middle of a discussion I'm trying to have with another editor, some uninvolved person pops in to put a purple box around it that says, "DISCUSSION IS OVER, GO AWAY NOW." Paul Sidwell article

Hi Amortias, could you revert your deletion of Paul Sidwell?

The Paul Sidwell article is notable because Sidwell is currently one of the most important scholars on Austroasiatic languages (the largest language family in Southeast Asia), with many publications. Many Wikipedia articles link to this page. Before, someone had written that article to look like a personal page. But the Paul Sidwell article should nevertheless be revived, since it meets all the requirements in Wikipedia:Notability (academics)#Criteria. — Stevey7788 (talk) 17:37, 20 January 2018 (UTC)

Hi Stevey7788, the page I deleted contained no sources to back up any of the claims made in the article. The only link on the page was to a website about the individual. There isn't any content on the page that would be sourced so it would be just as quick to start again - I'd suggest as a draft, with regards to meeting the notability criteria mentioned above without the required sources there's no proof of notability. Deletion of my page

I do not understand why my page 'Funfest Events' got deleted. I have referenced everything that needed to be referenced. This is a page I am making for my company. All the information has been written by us unless otherwise cited. I have created this page 4 times now, each becoming more and more vague than the last. I want my deleted work back, I have spent hours trying to create a page for my boss and it got deleted for what I feel is a ridiculous reason. I am writing in a completely unbiased manner and am not promoting a single thing, just simply explaining our history and clients we have worked with.
