Personally, I have a high opinion of the notability (as defined by me) of university libraries. (Certainly I've spent many hours in one or other.) So I hope that your draft succeeds. But in order to do so, it must demonstrate that the place satisfies Wikipedia's notability criteria. Is there nothing substantial about it in books or periodicals of librarianship, architecture, etc., or in the ND press? -- Hoary (talk) 04:27, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
- Thank you for your message. My intention (noted on the Talk page of the draft) was to add only the bare minimum of information allowable to get the draft approved. I hoped to use the "bare bones" stub article during a brief (1 hour) Wikipedia edit-a-thon during National Library Week (April 2023). Student participants would then add additional information (# of patrons the library serves, current photo, geographic coordinates, date of building dedication, name architecture firm, details of physical collection and archival collection etc.) to enhance the stub article. I do not plan to abandon the draft and will try to figure something out prior to submitting it for approval again. Amycarson12 (talk) 15:26, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
