Request reason:

I have edited the page "Mirza Ghulam Ahmed" wrongfully for suspecting his suspected religious ambiguity. Arghya1999 (talk) 13:04, 15 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and

Wikipedia:Welcoming committee/Welcome to Wikipedia, Arghya1999! Thank you for your contributions. I am Yash! and I have been editing Wikipedia for some time, so if you have any questions feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that will automatically produce your username and the date. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Yash! 05:15, 7 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Heyo Arghya1999! I appreciate you editing this site and trying to fix the things that appear wrong. Thanks for editing my userpage and using the full names for Messi, Rossi and Curry. I liked that change. However, it won't be like that always. Userpages are usually edited by the editor whose userpage it is and not all the changes will be welcome. In no way I am saying that what you do is wrong, but it is better not to edit someone's userpage unless you find any obvious mistake. Today you changed "Independence Day (Pakistan)" to "Independence Day (India)". That was wrong since I brought the article about the Pakistan holiday to WP:GA status. Read the links that were in my welcome message and do keep editing. You are doing good and I hope you will continue the practice. If you ever have any questions, leave a message on my talk page. I will be happy to help. Regards, Yash! 18:15, 8 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

ISKCON's 4 regs

[edit]

Hi Arghya1999, I appreciate your efforts to expand the list of prohibited foodstuffs but I think it might be better for clarity to keep this simple, more along the lines of ISKCON's official propaganda. Otherwise we could add gelatine (as in jelly), rennet (in cheese), red lentils (aka masoor dhal), leeks, cochineal (red food dye), edible bone filler in tablets, gelatin again (as in medicinal capsules) – the list goes on and on, if you see my point! So, I hope you don't mind if I revert your edit :-) Samsbanned (talk) 01:41, 2 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Okay you can revert it. Arghya Biswas 06:56, 18 April 2020 (UTC)

High Altitude Service Medal moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, High Altitude Service Medal, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Catorce2016 (talk) 19:23, 14 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:High Altitude Service Medal, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:34, 15 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Arghya1999. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "High Altitude Service Medal".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! JMHamo (talk) 12:07, 15 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Order of the British Empire, appears to have been inappropriate, and has been reverted. Please feel free to use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. A tag has been placed on Proletarians of all countries, unite! (disambiguation) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G14 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either

  • disambiguates only one extant Wikipedia page and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic);
  • disambiguates zero extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title; or
  • is a redirect with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" that does not target a disambiguation page or page that has a disambiguation-like function.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Attention needed at username change request

Hello. A renamer or clerk has responded to your username change request, but requires clarification before moving forward. Please follow up at your username change request entry as soon as possible. Thank you. Sam-2727 (talk) 01:42, 7 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Problem with your custom signature

[edit]

You have a custom signature set in your account preferences. A change to Wikipedia's software has made your current custom signature incompatible with the software.

The problem: Your preferences are set to interpret your custom signature as wikitext. However, your current custom signature does not contain any wikitext.

The solutions: You can reset your signature to the default, or you can fix your signature.

Solution 1: Reset your signature to the default:
  1. Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
  2. Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
  3. Remove anything in the Signature: text box. (It might already be empty.)
  4. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page. (The red "Restore all default settings" button will reset all of your preference settings, not just the signature.)
Solution 2: Fix your custom signature:
  1. Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
  2. Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
  3. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

More information about custom signatures is available at Wikipedia:Signatures#Customizing how everyone sees your signature. If you have followed these instructions and still want help, please leave a message at Wikipedia talk:Signatures. 05:12, 13 August 2020 (UTC)

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, you may be blocked from editing. It's not for you to decide who is/isn't a Muslim, nor is there any one "true" branch that can decide what others are/aren't authentic. DMacks (talk) 09:50, 11 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
