It is an extremely close paraphrase of the website text's structure and phrases. This falls under WP:COPYVIO. When contributing to Wikipedia, an editor should not be paraphrasing someone else's words, but should instead be starting afresh. (This also applies to importing and repurposing a publication list from another Wikipedia page, without the necessary attribution to that page's edit history.) An alternative is to reduce this article to a one-line stub, for example: "The Attachment-Focused Treatment Institute is an organisation based in ? which provides treatment and training certified through the Academy of Human Development in Singapore."
