Proposed deletion of Hillol Ray[edit]

The article Hillol Ray has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Many "awards", but no evidence of any notability. His works as a poet have not received significant attention as far as I can see, and his work as an engineer not much more. His fellowships are either graduate student benefits, or payed memberships.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
