Hello, Artislife1406, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as Artlover8789 (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who use multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to Arturo Di Modica while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. Thank you. Melcous (talk) 12:15, 22 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Jacob Harmer, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Jacob Harmer moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Jacob Harmer, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Managing a conflict of interest

Information icon Hello, Artislife1406. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Draft:Jacob Harmer, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. GPL93 (talk) 13:27, 1 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You MUST make a WP:COI Disclosure regarding Jacob Harmer. Do not edit on the subject again until you have done so. If you edit on Farmer or in relation to one of his clients again without disclosure you very likely will be blocked. GPL93 (talk) 17:07, 1 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

As previously advised, your edits, such as the edit you made to Jacob Harmer, give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Uploads to the Commons

[edit]

Hi there! I have some questions about files you uploaded to the Commons. I asked about it at their copyright help desk but it seems like you might be more likely to get a message here, so I wanted to drop a note. Essentially I have two questions, whether you took all the photographs (or if some are screenshots, for example) and whether you have permission from the artist to show their work. We need both to keep the files on the Commons (because both the sculptures and the photographs of them each have separate copyright). If you could get in touch so we can arrange to get that information to the Commons, or let us know if it’s not available, that would be great. Thank you! Innisfree987 (talk) 03:49, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

As things at the help desk roll off quickly, I opened this deletion discussion where things aren’t as rushed but where we do need to sort out permissions so the photos can continue to be hosted on the Commons—if you could weigh in to help with that, it would be great.
