Proposed deletion of Neurobics

Non-free logo

You are probably going to ignore this message, like you ignored all my previous messages, but anyway, this needs to be explained. The file you uploaded is a logo of an organization. As such it is most likely owned by the organization, not by you. Therefore, you cannot use a CC license unless the organization releases it as such. What you can do is use the logo as a non-free image, under the non-free usage criteria. This, however, means you cannot use it outside the article about the organization. I changed the license and removed it from the other article in which it was used. I took the opportunity to remove the flag of India from the same infobox, per MOS:FLAG, part of the manual of style. For Regional Centre for Biotechnology you must write about it in your own words in a style for an encyclopedia. If you were the person who wrote the text for the web site that was copied earlier then you can use the method in WP:PERMIT to grant permission to se this text.
