Hi Ashishraikar, I have closed the AfD discussion you created because the article Divya Desai was a redirect when you nominated it, and should therefore have gone to WP:RfD. As you did not provide a reason for deletion I could not take the matter further.
As long as the target article, Rashmi Desai, remains on Wikipedia I believe this redirect should not be deleted; it seems this was her former name. The notability of Rashmi Desai is a different matter; it is almost completely unreferenced.
