Because you have not shown it's notable, neither by the general guidelines nor the organisation specific ones. Of the three sources you've cited, one is the church's own, another is that of a charity based at the church, and the third (Taking Stock), though a better quality source, is an indiscriminate listing of every Catholic church in England & Wales (WP:NOTDIRECTORY), and being commissioned by the Bishops lacks the independence to add credibility to any notion of notability.

I note that you've copied a chunk of text from Taking Stock, so here's the standard cautions...
