Hi here are the bits I was talking about. I dont want to add directly as want to make sure you are happy with this sort of content. Hope thats ok. thanks
Youth Career
Alex Mitchell was born in in Windsor and attended The Windsor Boys school. He played the majority of his Youth football for Windsor Youth FC and had successful spells at Eldon Celtic, ODR and PDP winning the Berkshire, Oxford and Middlesex county cups respectively with these teams. Mitchell scored the winning goal in the Middlesex County cup final for PDP.
Mitchell had various trials for Wycombe Wanderers, Reading, Chelsea, Aldershot and Arsenal, however he was not signed by any of these clubs. He was also a respected youth rower and this appeared to be his favoured sport route .
However when he was 15, he was scouted by Head of Recruitment Barry Dunn of Millwall FC. After a successful trial he signed as a schoolboy before signing as a YTS player. During the Covid period Mitchell was offered his first professional forms via a virtual meeting. Bazza004 (talk) 14:29, 20 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
