Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Amusement Today, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Maverick and Holiday Park (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Concern regarding Draft:Maxx Force[edit]

Information icon Hello, Bigtime Boy. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Maxx Force, a page you created, has not been edited in at least 5 months. Draft space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for article space.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion under CSD G13. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it. You may request userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available here.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia. Bot0612 (talk) 16:02, 1 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Bigtime Boy. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, Draft:Splashtacular.

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. If you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it. — JJMC89(T·C) 06:20, 11 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Orphaned non-free image File:Desmo race logo.png[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Desmo race logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:27, 1 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Klondike Gold Rusher (Wild Waves Theme Park), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Batman roller coaster.png[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Batman roller coaster.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. DannyS712 (talk) 23:55, 5 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A page you started (Desmo Race) has been reviewed![edit]

Thanks for creating Desmo Race.

User:Rosguill while reveiwing this page as a part of our page curation process had the following comments:

Currently the only citation with any significant coverage of the subject is #5, and the only other one that mentions it at all is #6. More citations are needed in order for claims about the coaster to be verifiable, but it looks like there's a fair amount of coverage in various European newspapers online.

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Wildfire (Kolmården Wildlife Park), you may be blocked from editing. I had found this website not too long ago, and felt like it was productive towards the article's topic. If my continued actions of adding it today nor the website itself didn't meet the required standards, then I will stop regularly adding it. My apologies, and I meant no harm. That will not happen again. As soon as I got the notification I went back and removed most of what I think wasn't removed already. However, I was also setting up links to the following certified sources; their official websites, the RCDB, and pages from the ride manufacturer Rocky Mountain Construction. I notice that they were not removed. Is it okay to continue adding them, albeit not in such a disruptive fashion as today?--Bigtime_Boy (talk) 18:43, 27 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Generally, yes. Official websites and RCDB links are the only ones we typically add to coaster articles. Some exceptions may apply. I suggest you read over WP:ELNO and WP:ELRC to get a better understanding of the types of links to be avoided. --GoneIn60 (talk) 23:20, 27 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Wanted to let you know I had to remove a good chunk of what you added to Tumbili. You can see the changes I made here. We cannot accept fan site blogs and Facebook as reliable sources, in most cases, unless they are accompanied by more reputable sources such as books and newspapers. In addition, you added a conclusion you made about the delay based on a personal opinion, which is not stated in the source. That was removed also. Please keep in mind that we need to keep this 100% fact based. Rumors can be stated when properly attributed to the source. If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask here or on the article's talk page. --GoneIn60 (talk) 21:50, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright on Merlin's Mayhem and note[edit]

Control copyright icon Hello Bigtime Boy! Your additions to Merlin's Mayhem have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Adog (TalkCont) 01:10, 18 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, as part of a member of WikiProject Amusement Parks, I want to thank you for greatly adding to content regarding roller coasters and amusement parks. Though, I did find common errors within the article's edited which are not compliant with Wikipedia's Manuel of style and layout guidelines. I did go through the list on your page admittedly and edited out errors (providing links in the edit summary), another of which included WP:COPYVIO content. I kindly implore you to read the manual of guidelines and subsequent pages that deal with the article's structure as to properly format articles when editing.
If it helps, I usually look at the article's within our project that reached good article or featured article status to better improve my editing and research process. I hope this helps. Adog (TalkCont) 02:17, 18 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

ART Engineering moved to draftspace[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to ART Engineering. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 00:41, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Good evening,
The image is not listed as being in use ans another user flagged its article as a draft. I disagree with the article’s status but understand the non-free image policy. Whether it’s deleted within the week or not, I will reupload when the article is published again.
