In my humble opinion, sources come from a big organization such as FAO is consider a verified and trustful source such as the following link:

They were requested some changes and edits but not rejected the whole article the same here case.

Bilalkiaai, it still reads like it was copied from the KIAAI website. There should not be sections such as "Objectives" or Lists of qualifications and prizes. Do not cite official website or sponsors' websites, but use secondary sources such as external newspapers to cover the event. We are Award "Organization" that means it's normal to show our prizes
Which sponsors you meant? for example; the respectful high reputation FAO "Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations" mentioned us in their website, so how you consider them as sponsors?
The newspapers I mentioned in the articles maybe not familiar in your country, but they are big newspapers in the Middle East and you can go to their verified pages and check out how much fans and followers they have such as : Khalee Times https://www.facebook.com/khaleejtimes)

Can I ask politely about the double stander between Wikipedia Arabic version and Wikipedia English version? why they edited my article and emitted 36 references to 9 references but at the end they accepted my article not rejected immediately like what you have done, also why they accepted the paragraphs (qualifications and prizes) in Arabic version? Could you please reconsider you rejection again and assist me to modify the article not reject the whole content

@Bilalkiaai: Each language version of Wikipedia operates independently of the others. While there is a high degree of similarity amongst them, each version of Wikipedia sets its own policies and applies them as they deem appropriate. Therefore, acceptance of an article in Arabic Wikipedia does not guarantee acceptance in English Wikipedia. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 19:58, 28 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Can you advise me where I should make an amendment in my article so I grantee that will be accepted.

Is there any possibility to assist me with that so you can emit the paragraphs are not match Wikipedia's standers and keep the others, therefore, at least not reject the whole article specially "Khalifa Award" is an authentic international no-profit organization and entitled to be on the Wikipedia as per the Arabic version.
