Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Lanre Tejuoso has been reverted.
Your edit here to Lanre Tejuoso was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://www.facebook.com/princelanretejuoso) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Reference Errors on 24 November

[edit]

Hello, I'm ReferenceBot. I have automatically detected that an edit performed by you may have introduced errors in referencing. It is as follows:

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, ReferenceBot (talk) 00:38, 25 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Akinwunmi ambode, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://akinwunmiambode.com/biography/.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. Replaceable fair use File:Prince Lanre Tejuoso.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Prince Lanre Tejuoso.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 22:22, 9 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Private Jets Nigeria requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. A tag has been placed on Eunisell, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

This page was also a copyright violation of the content from here. You have already received a prior notice above about copying and pasting other's copyrighted content as to an unrelated topic, as well as a copyright-related image warning. Copyright violations are very serious and though many users do this without knowing it is a problem, you are now on notice for a second time. So if you didn't take it in before, hear this now: You must not do this again. This is a final warning. Further copyright violations will subject you to a block from further editing.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 22:18, 15 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Psalmos requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://praiseinvasion.com/v2/psalmos. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

A tag has been placed on Niyi Makanjuola requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Notice

The article Chandan agarwal has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

After carrying out a WP:BEFORE there’s no indication that subject of the article satisfies WP:ANYBIO or WP:BASIC.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Celestina007 (talk) 22:12, 22 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have an undisclosed financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=your reason here ~~~~}} at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:

  • Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
  • State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
  • Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future. MER-C 11:09, 27 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I started Wikipedia contribution solely for contributing purposes and most of the pages I edited and created were done from contribution stance. I then had a paid gig for a page which has been deleted now and I did not add the paid disclosure to it. This was an oversight and I take full responsibility. I have plenty edits and created pages some that were deleted and some that were not deleted and I was not paid for it. I have been adding to the Wikipedia encyclopedia for over 6years now in a modest way and I ask that my block be lifted as I completely understand what I have done and I am totally responsible for it. Thanks Bode fagbemi (talk) 13:27, 27 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

There's not enough information here to consider unblocking. Which specific articles were you paid for? What other articles did you edit where you had any conflict of interest, and what exactly was the nature of that conflict of interest? Yamla (talk) 13:33, 27 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Pages paid for Chandan agarwal and Max F.M But there is conflict of interest in Sidmach Technologies, Godwin Ehigiamusoe, Niyi Makanjuola, as I personally contributed about these pages because I was asked to and not paid to. You still have not disclosed the exact nature of your conflict of interest. Note also that you don't need to specifically receive money in order to count as a paid editor. --Yamla (talk) 14:00, 27 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The conflict of interest is I knew the individuals/company and was asked to personally write it about them as I was known to be a Wikipedia contributor to them, I did not get paid for those pages. The pages are Sidmach Technologies, Godwin Ehigiamusoe, Niyi Makanjuola, I should have indicated that there was a conflict of interest when I wrote about this pages but I did not indicate. I am totally responsible for that. Bode fagbemi (talk) 13:48, 27 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
So you were just approached off the street? How did you know them or how did they know you were a Wikipedia contributor? 331dot (talk) 14:57, 27 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I did not get approached off the street, that would be ludicrous. I knew them in the sense that I had a personal relationship with them in the course of various discussions Wikipedia came up and I told them I will do a write up for them, they all passed Wikipedia Eligibility and had various citations and authentic link sources, so I suggested to them I would do it. I have contributed to Wikipedia for articles of non personal nature. I should have indicated that there was a conflict of interest in this various articles I wrote before creating the page. I am totally responsible for that and would not do that anymore, I will always indicate which article I am contributing on if there is a conflict of interest or is a paid contribution Bode fagbemi (talk) 19:27, 27 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I have said I am responsible for this and I would not do it again, I will point out every paid contribution or any edit that there is any conflict of interest. This is the first time in over 6 years I have had any issue. I understand why my membership has been blocked at the moment, I hope that it can be resolved. Thanks

@Bode fagbemi, I’m not sure any admin is mandated to unblock you for simply being “honest”. No one forced you into UPE, you did that all by yourself so I advice you to be patient. I don’t understand the haste. Celestina007 (talk) 18:25, 28 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

Request reason:

Good day, my account was blocked earlier on in June for writing paid articles without indicating they were paid articles. The thread below is a thread of all the conversation with various admins when I requested an unblock. In the thread below, I have taken responsibility for it, I have mentioned all the articles that were written that was paid and all others that were not paid. I understand that it is entirely up to any of the admins to unblock this account but I sincerely appeal that the account be looked into and pardoned. In retrospective I did not create this account for just uploading paid articles, I had all intentions to add to Wikipedia from a non-paid aspect. I enjoy doing this then and still do now. I have written this prelude to explain my reason for asking for an unblock as I completely understand why I was blocked, I will no longer cause any damage or disrupt Wikipedia by not indicating a paid article or edit and I will be making useful and meaningful contributions to Wikipedia. Please find the thread below. Thanks Bode fagbemi (talk) 12:00, 14 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks '{{unblock reviewed | I have given all information in this series of thread, I have pointed out that some were paid and some I had a conflict of interest because I was not paid but I did it because I was asked by people I knew to write about an article, I checked and it had passed Wikipedia eligibility and I did it. Thanks Bode fagbemi @Bode fagbemi, I’m not sure any admin is mandated to unblock you for simply being “honest”. No one forced you into UPE, you did that all by yourself so I advice you to be patient. I don’t understand the haste. Celestina007 (talk) 18:25, 28 June 2020 (UTC) Honestly, I did not know the entire process hence my repeated explanations. No haste.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Bode fagbemi (talk • contribs)
