Recent removal / changes of vital External Link(s) of longstanding and updated research about Official Websites in context of Hajime Sorayama wikipedia post(s)

[edit]

I noticed that the area of External Links has been subjected to a removal/tampered with/deleted of " Official Website sorayama.net born circa 1999" in the External Links leaving only one younger official website behind that may cause a mess / cause misinformation "as is". The deletion(s) maybe started within the past year or so. There may have been other removals in the External Links that went unnoticed as well which would cause historical/ongoing confusion and potential mess. Noted below are three known and viable Sorayama related Official Websites pertaining to wikipedia being sorayama.net / sorayama.com / sorayama.jp each owned by different interest(s).

Also, I am uncertain if similar deletions/removals of External Links of Official website(s) unfavorably effecting vital factual events of merit can be traced as well over the past 3 years or so. I do not think there were any changes but if there is a way to check that it may help.

Note below are some few of many references and all are in context of the official archives; those sources outside officially acceptable archives, actual published books, "real" news articles and wikipedia are researched to determine that my posts are objective/accurate to use on wikipedia as I have done on this for about a decade as I recall. Other lessor reliable source material e.g. galleries/dealers with active physical shows are excluded from wikipedia for obvious commercial reasons unless actual physical arts/media/books are provided for research review in an encyclopedia manner that conforms to wikipedia standard.

Thank you Yintan and other wikipedians for looking over this matter. The removal / deletion / changes in the External Links area (that possibly occurred this month and in the recent past) is by some unknown mobile phone user who made this deletion and is historically and currently creating confusion where no confusion exists. To be clear there are multiple Official Websites (I have seen at least about 5 / maybe 6 sites) and each one of the three you mention here is valid so they would be fine for the External Links but the problem remains that a possibly new mobile phone user has made unfavorable and inaccurate change . The longest standing Official Websites ongoing (unless owners of such website viably infrom you/me otherwise) are sorayama.com, sorayama.net and a younger one sorayama.jp It appears someone interested in having only the young Offical Website maybe made this change/removals that are unfavorable and inaccurate. This to history and ongoing events. Where the sorayama.net / sorayama.com / sorayama.jp Official Websites was removed/added/changed I can inform you that more likely than not all 3 remain Official Website(s). I can say 100% that until such time there is an official mutually agreed upon change by any/all interested parties ie owners of the assets/websites of the three sites (Yintan mentions) inform me/wikipedia in writing they no longer own or have changed their respective websites which are all valid Official Websites. (ie as it stands there is no change to the designation(s) of these three Official Websites you noted). I like it if wikipedians/wikipedia watch/ restore this External Links area back for sorayama.net to be in its place and help maintain it.[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]

Dear Cullen328 and Esteemed Open source Staff,

I wrote to you about the recent block, past history over a decade old and the new 2021 threats and abuse I have received by Thorchain Inc and ruon.ai founder(s) during the past 50 days. I am not deceptive but aI am defensive when dealing with scammers/thugs. This when I am in the midst of an art charity show for covid and women's month art projects during 2021 to honor my wife and struggling artists. I do lots of charity / enivorenmental work locally and internationally even shows with UN WFUNA. It gets favorable results for all. Court records and google knol history show it. Please read my notes and call/email me if you need documentation of the scams these phishing people authored. it is a form of hyper anxiety that is easily controlled now that I have my feet back on the ground from friends and family support. Hello Cullen328 (Jim) and "Sting wikipedia staff,

I want to apologize for my medical situation and outbursts that stirred things up for your staff of academics and international artists. This one federal court case about before 2011 under the California federal courts including the Supreme Court of Appeals in Pasadena has set off what is termed Hyper Mania stress that I have not had for a year or more. At that time before about 2011 we were under physical and mental threat from a set of extremly bad actors including a gallery on the West Coast who brought convicted felons (Operation Bullpen and Mr. Riccio who was part of the OJ Simpson murder trials/ asset violence sales of OJ memorabilia aftermath gun threat incident). The defendants brought this mess of danger into the process before 2011 that threatened us including visits to our offices ( we had to report to NYC police on record). They brought 2 convicted criminals and what later was a Satanic witch group being sued by major NYC landlord to threaten us during court. ( I know this sounds nuts but it is fact and known to be a problems reported on in the LA Times with prosecutors on the west coast who were also victimized). I thought in these past days that Thorchaan Inc staff in movie risky charity may even know this gallery and other hard money lenders on West Coast.

My wife and I and other family members had to fight against a slew of attorneys of very high power (one named Kaplan and a high powered bankrutpcy attorney skilled at defending bad debt people in LA art area, the other not so important attoreny is named Washor) who stole originals of our artist Sorayama with the gallery who did the same thing called conversion including their perjury in court about the promisory note about what they claimed was a low level employee theft never proven).

In the end we won the case because of lying/abusive acts in the courtroom by defendant side and credit mostly to the late Federal Justice "Judge Florence Marie Cooper" who also sat as trustee on one of West Coast famous art museums (maybe Moca ear her court). I cannot name the actual defendant(s) because of the settlement but may be able to do so through an attorney or wikipedia expert. It is reported in professional media like the LA Times and others including in Japan. Easy for you to find if needed.

My article on this subject won Google Top 5% knol awards. This along with the media reports my wife and Sorayama artist about it. Your website and others are open source and provide expert help to me/others as you just did with this absurd block I caused in just days. O should not have put in personal names of those causing me terrible stress with risky NFT highly irregualr documentation they attempted to get me to publish and hand out to investors/artists. My situation is called a mild case of hyper anxiety attacks that did not occur for the past year. However, this phishing scam, long hours of work by the scammers (I have their documents and logs of SMS/ZOOM etc. triggered my anxiety as they appear to be from one family that associates to the art, NFT and movie business hard money lenders and producers on the West coast and in UK. My sister and friends are trying to get me to go back on a sedative but know this I am always a fervent truthful defender of the arts and I am used as expert like this group who scammed me (documents will be sent to you as needed). Please call me as needed. Regards Bubwater "call me John" Bubwater (talk) 01:52, 25 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

need assistance of Volteer1 and uninvolved Admin to understand this NFT phishing scam and Artspace court case of prior decade

[edit]

Hi Volteer1, Cullen328 and Admin researcher,

I wrote to your staff (in 2 responses) to my late May 2021 open source block when I hastily put up prviate names of individuals at corporate levels in a blockchain phishing scam that entered my life during a grief period from my wife's serious illness. Kindly read those prior talk page in context of the scammers that attacked and abused our small but well known international art business based in the USA with business in Japan where I have my family home. I ma a person in grief from my wife passing from this stress an under attack again (link to this https://news.bloomberglaw.com/business-and-practice/crypto-giant-binance-seeks-in-house-lawyers-as-probes-pile-up )

I understand from what you tell me that Wikipedia has less staff to volunteer help and research than earlier years. That makes sense especially with sophisticated and numerous hacks now being hyper driven by blockchain unlawful issues. I am here to attend to that with expertise of expert knowledgeable people and I will hire an expert you find acceptable to protect IP thefts of NFT and art in order to carry on/ publish as I am getting too old for this in years ahead. You need more volunteers in corporate America nonsense bad practice areas to help you out possibly.

These type of art scams have been all too real for hundreds of years. They have accelerated from the internet abuses and even threats like I have received from defending artist rights in the Federal Courts of California on th west coast all the way up to the Supreme Court of Appeals. This is where we prevailed in the prior decade (on open source of google knol, Wikipedia / expert legal staff and the LOC copyrights). This was against stacked odds of powerful corrupt piracy art factories backed by lobbies/art attorneys of bad actors actually working on the west coast of USA, from Asia/Russia areas including alot out of UK regions especially Edinburgh Scotland areas on eBay and Amazon art piracy printing and IP thefts.

In this new era of blockchain, one such group among many has been phishing via emails/SMS,paid youtube constructs and phone/ZOOM our artists and my business IP rights. I got an anxiety attack because they abused my name and my wife's art work with me. Likely they know about our dealings to stand up to the lawbreakers and because this group is Hollywood and China- English huge scammer potential risk now in official Japan and USA oversight they decided to create tiny private firms out of thin air to do bad deeds. To try to steal rights and to make it appear as legit red herrings by abusing my translation and expert background. Fact is I am a graphic and art expert but not a fintech one they were attempting to threaten into issuing documentation I had to re write their apparent scam (later revealed) by rush with my staff putting in over 25 hours super rush English to Japan translations not to mention about another 50 hours of their incessant scam constructs. Highly irregular documents and communications that I can provide you with. Chelsea, a assistant they just made "head of NFTs and their scam" told me that the insider top level do not even use their internal general counsel guard rails doing research by their own means.

Let me know what are the next steps to take. Sorry I stirred up the pot but sometimes warnings are real and this one is quite a danger to investors worldwide and in Japan/USA/UK/China. I had to supply officials and warn this group not to use my documentation in any way because it is not meant to be legal high level translation but they are abusing it as I write.

25 May 2021 further due diligence of the current block and my ongoing favorable additions to open source including the AI page, pollution issues and the NFT issues at hand

[edit]

Dear Administrators, Cullen323(Jim), Volteer1 and your review staff,

I have clearly stated an apology about NFT bad actors (who now on blockcahin as you can research) and no longer will use personal names and only use my typical entries since about 2011 past issues. Those past issues by your staff (you now mentioned are volunteers insufficient to reseaarch in 2021). This was not the case a decade ago when they found out that people abusing cell phones from one or 2 competing sources were attempting to caase mis info on one site of artist Hajime Sorayama. I have favaorably contributed and obtained pollution fines on CRH Tilcon including the major changes of staff that are repeatedly fined for lethal/unhealthy runoffs into NY state Suez drinking water and hariming all wildlife including protected species of the Hudson River to Sargasso sea.

Using the personal names was an error of myself. Only made in a few moments under medical threat/duress of the unprofessional barrage of threats highranking staff of TheFlixs demanding I publicly put out to investors an internal use document for webstie decks. I asked them not to do so but they refused sending it worldwide first to West coast and then overseas to "inveetor" and artists. This is who are scamming my firm, investors/artists. It is a delibrate attempt not only to harm art FT valuation businesses and artists but to mislead investors abusing good faith time intensive now unpaid for documentation labored over 45 hours on and the translation itself was dozens of pages and 25 hours. A red herring draft of this nature woould cost over $75,000 and reguire more than my small firm that is not SEC licensed to publish it to investors, an absurd threat byTheFlixes who went on to author 2 scam contracts to my firm after the first constructw where we learned the firm was not using and hiding it from General Counsel guardrails. https://news.bloomberglaw.com/business-and-practice/crypto-giant-binance-seeks-in-house-lawyers-as-probes-pile-up

These people obtained from me artist contacts in Japan/USA under irregular methods disguise of parties (people and actor models wwo had no interest in buying $50,000 valued art other than to play a deceptive role about a far larger Ponzi scheme risk). It is including bank transfers I had to block at Chase bank I have had for decades without problems. (Documents can be emailed to your Wikipedia review staff but not published here without your lawyer review). These documents onec used to secure /lure investors are unlawful under SEC and Consumer venues in both Japan and USA including UK where the firms reside now. The worst part is using paid for youtube and scoial media under a pseudo non public still in white paper unknown firm named TheFlixs. This is a clear violation to fake what is called testnet and mainet peer review launches. IF you have any doubt you need to understand peer review in the public eye which is being abused by a straw unknown frim put there to confuse that it is a Thorchain Inc and rune.ai risk inserting a charit of a new token virtually without value named ruon.ai and sovereigncky faux or unreported charity moneis on a yyarly basis. Most good faith chairities like sovereignsky should make clear disclosure before asking over 350 entities to contribute or make artists do the same. Over 90 percent of artists and especially women are not going to beenefit from this sort of ponzi scam as reviewed by expert knowledgeable staff I used and was tricked for weeks what this scheme was about. IT ii simed at creating NFT value out of thin air as risk because their internet websites use my loose general translation which is only intended to explain various coins of better usage not just a risk coin potentially worse rosk than Safemoon, MOON or Doge coins in the news. Chainanalylis websites may be used to show the issues being put onto public and my firm is just one of many these days being phished/hacked/victimized. I now have a text of the person who is apologizing for some of his past methods and bullying/defamation if you would like to see the documents and logs he authored this May 2021.

I am not interested in anything but publishing favorable Wikepedia articles, adding to joyful knowledge whether it be the high rates of art problems and pitfalls. I apologize for this short outburst brought on by years of being on the winning end in court from the same region this movie making hard up financailly unstable scammer resides including much time of USA west coast a venue we battled for art piracy for years winning in the courts. The traces made many lawyers turn down the docuemtnation in the apst days of the sammers authorship. So one can presume the promos of this scam is already around the NYC area in just weeks. But that does not mean that investors and artists are being lurend into losing their livelihoods as I write of something more risky than penny stock schemes pumping and hype. Imagine a talented B movie maker doing this to make up for his failed history and collecting over 500 films that he may declare as losses but using those films to make new ones of his own. This is a person who was once a valuable tech on Harry Potter series. it reminds one of the Bernie Madoff talent sued toward collecting monies of others unlawfully/criminally.

Let me know if you need documents recently authored and threats logs I have recorded.

This is same family of firms I published about and you banned me (TheFlixes in tiny sister firm and it is not at all unreported to IRS or SEC and it is worldwide now). https://news.bloomberglaw.com/business-and-practice/crypto-giant-binance-seeks-in-house-lawyers-as-probes-pile-up
