I repeatedly said each contributor has right freely oppose their suggest edits and users who reported me never ever used my talk page to address those specific concern they just unfairly expiated the reported into a ANI case. * Speedy Deletion on few of my Copyright was inappropriate, the user made hard for users to contest the deletion. Not allowing them appeal until the photos are deleted. * Edits i made was correctly following the guidelines... * Language discrimination is irreverent and should not included in the case. (100% sure millions of Wikipedia editors has English as 2nd language. Only few users did about other questions, but the people who reported me did not...only gave prebuild response..what those mean.. "Saying I'm guessing English isn't your first language?" then blocking users is incompetent and that remark should not even be in the case. I been addressing issues and willing kindly address more issues.
My English can improve easily, but i will change it to make it simpler for others to understand to meet Wikipedia Requirements. (coherent or what other issue to be resolved)

I am following the WP:COMPETENCE concerns.

There is also the problem of editors whose command of English is sufficient for colloquial use, and who can make themselves understood on talk pages and in other informal circumstances, but who do not write sufficiently well in English that their contributions to articles are acceptable. These editors could also be encouraged to edit the Wikipedia of their native language or other languages they are more conversant with, and to limit their contributions on English Wikipedia articles to edits that do not require writing in English or to work with native speakers to improve their contributions.

It was not blocked, i think forgot my password and email or there was some security breach or something...so i just went create new one (but that many many years ago). Many editors edit with English as a second or third language, but they are expected to exhibit sufficient competency in English to edit without the grievous errors that have been on display here and at ANI. I asked because it was apparent that the offensiveness of your initial reaction at ANI might not have been apparent to you, and frankly, if English was your first language, it would be understood as deliberately offensive. I blocked you after reading through your edit history and found that you lack the necessary competency in English to even recognize your errors, much less contribute appropriately. Beyond that, you have consistently ignored the concerns of other editors, and you've been uploading copyright violations and passing them off as your own.
