Regarding the CSI episode articles you created

[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition was deleted under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text—which means allowing other people to modify it—then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. You can also leave a message on my talk page. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 01:14, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

March 2009

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Power Rangers: RPM, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability and the content has been removed. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Powergate92Talk 17:05, 27 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on NCIS: OCP, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect from an implausible typo.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you believe that there is a reason to keep the redirect, you can request that administrators wait a while before deleting it. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NCIS: OCP listed at RfD

[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect NCIS: OCP. Since you had some involvement with the NCIS: OCP redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). AussieLegend (talk) 07:07, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Two Pints..."

[edit]

It's worth reading this guideline before going much further; there are comments on the Talk pages indicating the preferred way of writing such articles. Above all, all edits would benefit from edit summaries indicating what you've changed, and why, otherwise existing editors will quite rightly wonder why you've made any changes. And, of course, as you know, reliable sources are required for verification. Thanks. Rodhullandemu 22:28, 6 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of CSI: Washington

[edit]

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages such as CSI: Washington, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Proposed deletion of Grissom (CSI episode)

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Grissom (CSI episode), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

No episode with exactly this name (or a variation of this name in this season) listed at IMDb or List of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episodes.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
