Welcome!

Hello, Calebharry, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to Monster Energy does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  Falcon8765 (TALK) 06:28, 14 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your new article

[edit]

Hi Caleb!

Just wanted to let you know that I've moved the page you recently created to a subpage under your usre account. You can find it here. This is because we do not allow articles on Wikipedia which have no content or insufficient context to identify its subject. As it looks like you're working on it, I've moved it there so you can continue to do so without the article being deleted. When you think it's ready, feel free to move it back to "article space" yourself, but make sure it passes relevant guidelines and policies first (you can find them at the links above, and at WP:GNG and WP:CORP.) Let me know at my talk page if you have any questions! Deadbeef 07:03, 28 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Woken Touring requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. I was not aware of MOS:DEADNAME however I do not feel like that is irrelevant information as she was a champion weightlifter many years before her transition. Many New Zealanders (and potentially internationals) were aware of who she was over 10 years before the transition. Regardless, what was the issue with the image? Could you explain why you believe that image is under a Creative Commons Attribution license? Screenshots from commercial channels are usually under copyright.-gadfium 21:47, 31 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on File:Laurel hubbard.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.skysports.com/olympics/news/15234/12370834/laurel-hubbard-transgender-weightlifter-out-of-olympic-final-after-failing-to-register-lift. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

--Minorax«¦talk¦» 12:17, 1 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
