Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary. Thank you. The Ogre (talk) 14:23, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Images of Portugal

[edit]

Most of the images you provided are being deleted because they violate Wikipedia policies on copyrights. Stop adding images that you cannot guarantee a valid copyright status - they will be deleted again. Licor (talk) 14:59, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I also think that although you've been doing a good job with the article, some of the new pics are not an improvement (such as the Alqueva and, particularly, the Vasco da Gama bridge ones). Consider showing the proposed changes on the talk page first. And please do provide edit summaries when editing Wikipedia. Thanks. Húsönd 15:28, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. In my opinion the new image of Alqueva Dam is not an improvement. Anyway, Califate123 is doing a good job and is welcome. Licor (talk) 19:50, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your GDP changes

[edit]

Please, don't edit Portugal GDP data. You have been using outdated IMF database (October 2007), and you are trying to change factual data to estimates. Thanks. - Gggh (talk) 22:45, 30 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Answer

[edit]

Well, IMF is an INDEPENDENT reliable source. Government site is NOT! And I'm using the latest update. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gggh (talkcontribs) 12:14, 2 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Did you see some cells are shaded, shading means estimate. Non-shaded cells means factual data. Those data in link that I provide for year 2007 are non-shaded, that means factual data. http://www.imf.org/external/pubs/ft/weo/2008/01/weodata/weorept.aspx?pr.x=33&pr.y=15&sy=2004&ey=2008&scsm=1&ssd=1&sort=country&ds=.&br=1&c=182&s=NGDPD%2CNGDPDPC%2CPPPGDP%2CPPPPC%2CLP&grp=0&a=

Now take a look at your link, http://www.imf.org/external/pubs/ft/weo/2007/02/weodata/weorept.aspx?pr.x=30&pr.y=11&sy=2004&ey=2008&ssd=1&sort=country&ds=.&br=1&c=193%2C158%2C122%2C542%2C124%2C137%2C156%2C138%2C423%2C196%2C128%2C142%2C172%2C182%2C132%2C576%2C134%2C961%2C174%2C184%2C532%2C144%2C176%2C146%2C178%2C528%2C436%2C112%2C136%2C111&s=NGDP_RPCH%2CNGDPD%2CNGDPDPC%2CPPPGDP%2CPPPPC%2CPPPSH&grp=0&a= Those cells for years 2006 and 2007 ARE shaded, that means estimate data, NOT factual data. Wikipedia is not about what YOU think. I think we should ask Administrator. He/she will decide who is right and who is wrong. Gggh (talk) 22:18, 2 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Take a look at these links: https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/po.html#Econ Click on link ECONOMY.

http://siteresources.worldbank.org/DATASTATISTICS/Resources/GNIPC.pdf Nominal GDP for year 2007 (No.51), GDP PPP (No.60). Gggh (talk) 13:12, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

greece

[edit]

Hello, I think there are more gaps in the article Greece. The editors keep reverting my edits, which are neutral and informing. Do you know how to stop them?. ciao. --Prusan 09:32, 9 July 2015 (UTC)

The official logo does not have any colored background, it is important to respect the visual identity of the festival and check the true logo. The Official does not have a colored background of blue color. Please dont edit the logo again and respect the official. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DiogoBaptista (talkcontribs) 16:09, 8 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
