Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:51, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at List of highest-grossing media franchises, you may be blocked from editing. -- ferret (talk) 16:55, 4 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I will block you if you do this again. You've been directed to read the talk page several times, where a discussion clearly covers that years of false figures from a block-evading account are being cleaned up and re-inserted as sourcing is verified. -- ferret (talk) 16:56, 4 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Dragon Ball

[edit]

Anything issued after December 2016(when the highest grossing media franchise page was created) should be added carefully. Neither Statista, the Title Max source(which was discussed on the talk page) or San Francisco Chronicle are reliable sources in this case. Timur9008 (talk) 19:42, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Also the book source stating the $30 billion was removed before. Timur9008 (talk) 20:02, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you put [1] this info there? You do realize this stuff isn't supposed to go there right? Timur9008 (talk) 13:06, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

You've already been asked to stop reverting and edit warring, but you continue to re-add contested content. As such, you are blocked for 3 days. When you return, please work through disputes on the talk page, not through endless reverts. Sergecross73 msg me 19:03, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please help me understand. Multiple editors objected to your additions to the "highest grossing" article, you got blocked for edit warring over it, and you thought it was a good idea to take the same info and add it to a different article as your first order of business after your block expired? Am I seeing this right? Sergecross73 msg me 16:20, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Just to clarify - you, yourself, the person, is blocked from editing Wikipedia. Wikipedia is a collaborative project. And rather than collaborate with others, you've decided to edit war and create new accounts to work around the restrictions you rightfully received. Both break Wikipedia policy. And every new account you create will now be blocked on sight. Sergecross73 msg me 20:50, 13 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee.
