OK, thanks for answering. I though what you had posted to your user page suggested that you were not a brand new editor. I suggest it would be a good idea to say what your old account was, just to avoid the risk that anyone may think you are using two accounts for deceptive purposes. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Right now you seem to be signing with three tildes; you should use four so that the timestamp displays. (If you don't sign with four tildes, it has some side effects like the discussion archival bots (Lowercase sigmabot III and ClueBot III) not knowing how old comments are.) This account has been blocked indefinitely from editing, because it has been used to evade blocks on other accounts. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} to the bottom of teh talk page of your original account, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
