Meaning of "amity"
[edit]The definition you provided for the word amity is the standard well-understood definition: "a friendly relationship". But the sense of the word in this context is different in that appears to denote a particular kind of group (a club or fraternity). This appears to be a unique use of this word for this meaning, so some expanded explanation would be helpful. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 03:36, 22 August 2019 (UTC)
