Goalscorers in "2016 African Nations Championship"
Hello, Chanheigeorge.
Please, can you check goalscorers (names and minutes) in 2016 African Nations Championship? Different sites give different information. It seems that on the website http://www.cafonline.com has errors. For example, match Mali – Uganda, first Uganda's goal: Ochaya (CAF's Report) or Ssekisambu (links from my talkpage User_talk:GAV80#CHAN). GAV80 (talk) 06:38, 22 January 2016 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for February 26
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2016 UEFA European Under-17 Championship qualification, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Stare Mesto. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Champions League regulations
Hi, I just realised that 2016–17 UEFA Champions League is based on 2015-16 regulations (according to the big yellow note box), but when I looked at some news at uefa.org I can now see the 2016-17 regulations. Should it be updated? Could you take a look and perhaps update it (I am unfortunately busy)? See here and here (down on the right). Qed237 (talk) 18:21, 4 May 2016 (UTC)
- Hi, again. I have seen you making this edit to distribution at 2016–17 UEFA Champions League and was wondering if it is time to do the same at 2016–17 UEFA Europa League and if you can do it? Sevilla or Liverpool can not qualify for Europa League based on league now, so no changes has to be made in accesslist (at least not until Kosovo decision). Qed237 (talk) 19:30, 15 May 2016 (UTC)
Romanian Liga I
Hi, is there something wrong with the tie-breaking criteria at the article? Soccerway also puts U Craiova on 7th and I was relying on that. If there is something wrong, then I'm sorry for my mistake. The Replicator (talk) 16:33, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
- @The Replicator: From my experiences of editing Wikipedia: don't ever trust (blindly) stuff on Wikipedia! Especially the tiebreakers, which quite often get it wrong. Go to a local new source. Check the official facebook pages. Search on twitter. And nowadays, FIFA actually seems very updated and trustworthy: [1] Anyway, here is a local news source, which states that head-to-head is the tiebreaker: [2]. Chanheigeorge (talk) 16:44, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
- Okay then, thank you very much, and again, I'm sorry. The Replicator (talk) 16:51, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) Soccerway is not always very reliable but UEFA [3] and livescore.com [4] often gets it right but both actually has CS U Craiova. Qed237 (talk) 16:48, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
- @The Replicator and Qed237: I have been "bitten" too many times to trust any "official" standings. Nowadays, the most "trustworthy" source I search first is actually twitter, because it is often posted by local people who actually knows the rules. Chanheigeorge (talk) 16:50, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
- @The Replicator and Qed237: And one more thing, I know these pages have often been vandalised, but if one (or more than one) user keeps making what you think are "ridiculous" edits, it is always the best to check your sources to see if these edits are actually legit or not. Chanheigeorge (talk) 16:54, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
- I try to do that, but often reliable sources and information is hard to find. Qed237 (talk) 16:58, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
- @The Replicator and Qed237: I understand that, especially in those scenarios like "Is a team qualified for the Europa League when it is ahead by nine points with three matches to go?" And you guys get it right most of the time, so no worries, and thank you both for your good work. Chanheigeorge (talk) 17:09, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
- Thank you for your appreciation, you also do a really great work. It's just that sometimes things don't go right. And that happened to me with this Romania thing. Thanks again. The Replicator (talk) 17:17, 29 May 2016 (UTC)

Skenderbeg in Champions League
Hello, I saw your recent change in the Champions League 16/17 article where you brought back Skenderbeg in the draw as potential representative of the Albanian League, and wanted to know where did you read that information regarding their situation and that they will still be included in the draw tomorrow? There is nothing about it on the UEFA page and it doesnt mention any Albanian representative on the list of clubs who will be involved in the draw tomorrow, so Im a bit confused over what is the correct situation at the moment.
- @Msb73505: The information is given in the note 2016–17 UEFA Champions League#cnote Note ALB, and the source of the information is here: [5]. Chanheigeorge (talk) 17:00, 19 June 2016 (UTC)
On the same subject should we now remove the big yellow box in CL and EL(teams being not confirmed) after the draw today? This (CL) and this (EL) from UEFA displays the participating teams. Some teams are still subject to CAS apperently, but it should be enough to remove the yellow box? Qed237 (talk) 16:21, 20 June 2016 (UTC)
- @Qed237: Sure go ahead. Chanheigeorge (talk) 16:27, 20 June 2016 (UTC)

UEFA Futsal Cup 2016-17
Hello, can you please add Aleksandr Fukin as the goalscorer in the 2016–17 UEFA Futsal Cup#Elite round Group D match between Dinamo and City? I cant because it triggers some kind of spam filter when I try to save (probably beacuse name "fukin" is on blocklist), he scored in 5th and 30rd minute. 86.58.36.145 (talk) 14:34, 25 November 2016 (UTC)

AFC CL allocations
Based on the AFC link, Iran have 2+2 (with Iraq's GS slot not being given to Iran, contrary to the entry manual). In this case India and Bahrain would meet in PR2, the joining the rest of the teams in PO. Also, I expect China 4th to be in PR2 in the East, not Australia 3rd.Edgar (talk) 13:20, 7 December 2016 (UTC)
- @Edgar81: I don't think AFC has more than 4 PO ties in each region, so Iraq's spot should be given to Iran based on entry manual. As for whether China and Australia will get the final PO spot, what I remembered is that Australia should get it, but somebody made an edit a while ago and put China in it. Unfortunately I could not find any mention of this in the entry manual, nor in any old AFC sources that said whether the 3rd or 4th association gets the last PO spot. I guess we will just have to wait a few more days. Chanheigeorge (talk) 13:33, 7 December 2016 (UTC)
- @Edgar81: This article does suggest that Brisbane Roar will enter Preliminary Round 2, but again, it is not officially official. [6] Chanheigeorge (talk) 13:41, 7 December 2016 (UTC)

section tags
Hi mate, I saw you adding section tags (like <section begin=Format />) on 2017 AFC Champions League group stage. Can I inquire as to what they are for? Thanks for the help with the page (as every year on the ACL pages :)) BTW, personal suggestion: you have 369 (370 now) sections on this talk page. I would suggest archiving the old, irrelevant ones. --SuperJew (talk) 19:25, 24 December 2016 (UTC)
