If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on User:Chiaramzztt/sandbox/Climate-ADAPT requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://climate-adapt.eea.europa.eu/about/climate-adapt-profile-final_2019.pdf. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Welcome![edit]

Hello, Chiaramzztt, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Again, welcome! Thank you for the tips. May I kindly ask for your help?[edit]

Hallo Jimfbleak,

Thank you so much for your message. Indeed, my article was already deleted once, and I have now rewritten it to improve it, make it more neutral and understandable. Above, you offered your help by reading and proofreading the article. This would be extremely appreciated.

Maybe you could also advice me on a very important point: the fact that I am creating this article for my client (Based on a contract between the client and the company I work for). I realise now that I should disclose more information about this work. I did add my name and the name of my client in the "Edit summary". May I kindly ask you if this is the right way to do it? I followed the directions in the terms of use and I think this is what I was supposed to do, but any advice on this matter would be extremely appreciated, as this is my first article. Thank you very much in advance for your support, I am really eager to have this page published in the best and useful way for any potential reader. Hello Chiaramzztt. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Chiaramzztt. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Chiaramzztt|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Theroadislong (talk) 15:04, 6 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you Theroadislong,

I have just disclosed the information in the edit summary of my article (Before reading this message!). I will now do the same on my user page. I really want to do everything correctly, therefore, any tip helps. Thank you! Chiaramzztt (talk) 15:29, 6 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Theroadislong,

I have now disclosed the information also on my user page. Is this in order? Can I continue editing at this stage or shall I wait for further notice/feedback/review? Please, kindly let me know if the information that I have submitted is not sufficient or incorrect and I will do my best to make it comply with the rules. Thank you very much for your advice. Best regards Chiaramzztt (talk) 15:33, 6 September 2021 (UTC)--Chiaramzztt (talk) 15:33, 6 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
