[edit]The article is in draft stage right now, and the following has to be done before I am confident that it can be brought into mainspace. As of now, I'm using Effects of the 2013 Pacific typhoon season in the Philippines as a basis, but with modifications in an attempt to improve the style of the article.

Determine highest intensity inside of the Philippine Area of Responsibility only.Since JMA tracks aren't out yet, I'll have to manually check each and every single storm for their intensities while inside of the PAR. This one might take a while.
