Great Article Chloe! There was a lot of relevant information on the topic of ATP binding motifs. The two improvements I would suggest are more media usage and more structure and organization.

For media I'm not exactly sure what pictures you would need, but perhaps something that highlights the section of amino acids that contribute to the motif or someone to illustrate graphically what the motif is would be of great help

For structure and organization, I felt that while the article had lots of relevant information, it was hard to pick out the big picture. Your sections Structure and Function are excellent but might benefit from additional subsections dividing up the text within them. The introductory paragraph is also rather long and you may consider making a separate section out of part of it.
