Kunzang Dechen Lingpa

Well, it is a bit more complicated than that due to licensing issues. To really use it on Wikipedia, your friend would have to put "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." on his site, say at the bottom of the page. Currently it says "all rights reserved" and does not license it in any way. It is not enough just to say that you have permission here, the site from which it is taken must clearly license it as above. If that's done, it can be put back, but it may be copied and changed by anyone who follows the terms of the license. Cundi 14:07, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
