Hi! Thanks for your comment. I would like to apologise if my corrosive tone in that edit summary offended you. It wasn't the most constructive comment to make.

To answer your question, I think that the article, as a piece, is fine. It's well written and might give the reader some of the information they want. The problem, I think, is that it is excessively editorial. The tone of the article is inappropriate because it reads more like a band bio from their website than an encyclopedia article. Wikipedia articles should maintain neutral tone, stick to the facts, and not make subjective value judgments about taste.
