NextEra / Duke Energy

Hi, I have amended your edit on List of largest mergers and acquisitions regarding the potential tie-up between the above businesses. The potential acquisition had a value of $60 billion, not $200 billion as in your edit (refs: Ref 1 and Ref 2). The $200 billion was derived from the combined market capitalisation of the two entities: NextEra ~140 billion, Duke ~$70 billion, which isn't what the article is tabulating - NextEra proposed to pay ~$60 billion for Duke. Thanks XyZAn, I added it as a merger showing combined value as the actual bid was never disclosed. The $60b price tag doesn't make a ton of sense since that was the then current market cap of Duke. I guess I would prefer to have it the original way but if you think this works better then that works for me. Thanks
