We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but your recent edits (to articles including Aspen Education Group, Sedona Sky Academy, and Island View Residential Treatment Center have removed a great deal of content, as well as reference citations to reliable sources without explanation. Removal of content without providing a valid reason is contrary to Wikipedia's standards of behavior for collaborative editing among volunteer contributors. If you have a straightforward and valid reason for content removal, you can supply that reason in an edit summary. When you encounter differences of opinion with other users, you are advised to discuss your concerns on the article talk page, rather than engaging in an edit war.

Also, the article topics you have edited are all related to an interconnected group of business organizations, and it appears to me that your edits are mostly removing content about the histories of these organizations. Please be aware that if you have an affiliation with these organizations -- or with their competitors or successors, you may have a conflict of interest that may be contrary to Wikipedia's goal of maintaining a neutral point of view in all content.

Thank you for the guidance. Unfortunately a competitor or possibly former patient is trying to hurt this business by associating it with the former treatment center that shared the same location. The links provided do not prove that the companies are the same. Island View RTC was owned by CRC Health, but Elevations RTC is an owner-operated organization. The only similarity is that it shares the same campus, which is designed to be utilized as a mental healthy facility. In an effort to make a clean break from the previous corporate owner, the names were changed to Elevations RTC and ViewPoint Center. Also, links were removed that did not prove any points as suggested in the article. For example, the link suggesting that Tim Dupel is a current CRC Health employee points to a website that makes no such assertion. The links to Bain Capitol or articles discussing Bain Capitol are completely unrelated to these 100% owner operated programs.

Would it be easier to create a new page for the new programs? I really don't care if this former patient or competitor trashes the old programs, but the new owners of the new programs deserve better than to be slandered online without cause.

Where exactly is the information that the program is closed coming from? You are citing to an advertisement that states the program CHANGED it's name. Please cite to a source that indicates the program has closed. The Syracuse campus appears to have come under new ownership several times. Yet that does not suggest that the program is or has ever been closed? Rather the information on the website indicates that elevations has been in existence since 1994. I agree with Troubledteenreport on this. The websites for both Sedona Sky and the facilities in Syracuse, Utah, represent these facilities as having a fairly long history. These and other cited sources do not support the theory that they should be treated as completely new entities. (Anyway, if they were brand-new entities, they wouldn't be notable by Wikipedia standards.) --Orlady (talk) 13:09, 6 August 2014 (UTC)

How do you explain the below, taken from the website, which appears to be a misrepresentation given the above:

Judi Jacques, M. Ed., Associate Executive Director Judi joined Elevations in 1998 as a history teacher. After teaching for two years, she became the Academic Director, and helped to develop one of the best academic programs in the therapeutic boarding school for troubled youth industry. Recently, Judi accepted the position of Associate Executive Director, which has allowed her to maximize her talents and experiences with adolescents. Outside of her time at Elevations, Judi loves reading, yoga, traveling and participating in outdoor adventures with her husband and dogs.

Elevations RTC

The website for Elevations RTC says, "For over 20 years, the professional clinicians at Elevations RTC have served as guardians of change for adolescents struggling to find hope and acceptance." It does not say Elevations RTC has been open for 20 years, but that clinicians have been working for 20 years. Elevations RTC is a new business and Island View RTC is closed. So you are saying that when the new management took over, they fired the previous staff and hired a whole new staff of experienced clinicians? Not hardly likely. Changes in the ownership, top management, and name of a business do not normally have that kind of effect. Similarly, the "stories of success" at http://elevationsrtc.com/stories-success/ do not involve students who arrived in the short time that this place has been called "Elevations RTC", and the accreditations featured on several pages of the website had to have been inherited from Island View (accreditations aren't granted to brand-new instituations). --Orlady (talk) 22:46, 6 August 2014 (UTC)

I removed "peer counselor" approach which was cited by a link that did not support point. Also it's confusing as to which program it's referring to. Ultimately the link does not support this claim. That's a comment about the article Island View Residential Treatment Center.
