Please understand that deleted content cannot stay for too long in userspace, so it's important that you edit and improve the article in your sandbox as soon as you can, then submit the content for consideration at WP:DRV. - Hello again, I notice it's been over a month since you last edited your sandbox page. Please be aware that deleted content cannot be stored permanently in userspace; it only stays providing significant improvement is made there. Thus I'm afraid you're given only another week to do what you intended to with the sandbox. If you don't, the page will have to be deleted; you can of course store the content offline so that you'll have it available when you have time to improve it later. Notability is demonstrated on Wikipedia by the presence in the article of independent reliable sources about the topic. It's not enough to assert that the topic is "growing in importance" on an administrator's talk page after the page has been deleted; actual sources, such as newspaper or magazine articles about the site, are required in the article to demonstrate how that's true. You're always free to work on a sandbox version in your own userspace if you wish, but there have to be both sources and a credible claim of notability (not just "this thing exists", but "why is this thing important, what specific things has it accomplished, etc.") in the article before it can be moved back into articlespace.
