I work at the Idaho National laboratory. We're working on adding tons of exciting and useful items pertaining to science, nuclear technology, enery and homeland security to Wikipedia. Our writers have written fact sheets detailing never before seen information. My job has been to copy the fact sheets to Wikipedia and therefor expose these exciting new technologies to the world.

You can read WP:COPYVIO and work within the policies, procedures and guidelines contained therein. But looking at your comment above, I really think that you misunderstand the purpose of wikipedia. We can not accept any new information - we will only retain information which is derived from published sources. Please read the Wikipedia page WP:GLAM. Although it is written mainly for the cultural sector, I think much of it will be applicable to your job as manager of a specialist collection. I understand it's difficult to reconcile Wikipedia's aim to be "the encyclopedia anyone can edit" with what seems like a difficulty in creating new articles. However, Wikipedia is also "the encyclopedia that anyone can copy", so we have to ensure that material can be redistributed under the same licence that we use, CC-BY-SA 3.0. This means that material that is directly taken from another website has to be released under a compatible licence. If you're happy for your work to be "edited, used, and redistributed at will" for any purpose, then the simplest thing to do is to mark each page on your site that you want to release with something like "Content is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License 3.0". That would at least resolve any issues of copyright. At present, I can only see "Copyright © 2010 Idaho National Laboratory", which means that INL reserves its rights, and that text taken from that site is bound to be removed from Wikipedia, as the Foundation cannot risk hosting content that could leave them open to legal action. Please understand that even if the copyright issues are resolved, you'll have to satisfy the requirement for reliable sources to support what you contribute. As a registered user, you can use what we call "userspace" to work on developing new articles before moving them into "mainspace". If you click this link User:Crm1003/Sandbox, you'll create a page that you can use to experiment in, without other editors rapidly deleting it for whatever reason.
