An unfree file in both Wikipedia and Commons is the one that is copyrighted by a third-party and, thus, cannot be used on the site as it is incompatible with out policy of uploading free files only. Lesson 1: A "creative product" is every product written, painted, photographed, designed or otherwise originally created.

Lesson 2: when you did not create a "creative product", you do not have the copyright.

Lesson 3: when it is not explicitly stated that a "creative product" is free of copyright, assume that it is protected by copyright.

Lesson 4: Reworking (in any form) or owning the "creative product" does not give you the copyright.
