You're going to need to provide some kind of proof that this file has been released by the original copyright holder as claimed. Typically, the original copyright holder of a photograph is the photographer in the absence of some kind of official copyright transfer agreement, so if that's you then follow c:COM:OTRS#When contacting OTRS is unnecessary or c:COM:OTRS#Licensing images: when do I contact OTRS?. If you're not the original copyright holder, then follow c:COM:OTRS#If you are NOT the copyright holder.
You should also provide as much information as you can about the image in the summary. Who took the photo, when it was taken, any links to it found online, etc. This is needed to verify copyright information. You may use the Template:Information for this if you like. As long as this information is missing, the file will keep getting flagged for deletion by ImageTaggingBot. You should try to do this as well for any of the other images you've uploaded such as File:DSFilmingUganda.jpg. Moreover, there's really no reason for any image whose copyright license has been OTRS verified to be hosted locally on Wikipedia. The files should be moved to Commons instead because this will make them much easier to use by all Wikipedia projects. You can move the files yourself per WP:MTC or you can add Template:Copy to Wikimedia Commons if you're not sure how. You should only do this for files whose licenseing as been verified. Anything still OTRS pending should probably wait. Hi DSRacer, because I edited/accepted Last Comiskey its on my WP:watchlist and noticed your edit summary about "editorial staff". You may already be aware but Wikipedia has no editorial staff, which is also one of the reasons Wikipedia is not reliable source. Like you, we are all volunteers but Wikipedia does have policies and guidelines based on consensus of volunteer editors. No biggie, of course, but wanted to point that out.
