Request reason:

The activities i have done are not related to this block. please forgive me for these violations. I think that giving be an infinite ban will cause me to think that i'm a sinner and i didn't mean to vandalize it. and i'm so sorry and that block is now no longer necessary because I studied how not to vandalize Wikipedia.
The following message is sent to me on my email:
The general rule is one editor, one account. Do not use multiple accounts to mislead, deceive, vandalize or disrupt; to create the illusion of greater support for a position; to stir up controversy; or to circumvent a block, ban, or sanction. Do not ask your friends to create accounts to support you. Do not revive old unused accounts and use them as different users, or use another person's account. Do not log out just to vandalize as an IP address editor.

Decline reason:

Since you used a sockpuppet account to disable this unblock request 9 months ago, there is no real need to respond to it, but I thought it better to decline it properly, to remove any risk of anyone mistaking the fake unblock request acceptance for a genuine one. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
