Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Fullmetal Alchemist, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Kariteh (talk) 18:09, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Hohenheim[edit]

Without a reliable source, saying he is based on Paracelsus is original research ("OR" for short). If you can find a reference for the claim then feel free to re-add it. ~SnapperTo 04:26, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

RE[edit]

I really didn't do anything...or any visible updates. I just put the userbox inside the box; but once again, it didn't have any visible affect. Thanks, anyway! --haha169 (talk) 23:06, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Oh. I didn't catch that...lolz. Thanks for the laugh! --haha169 (talk) 23:09, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cool Games[edit]

Haha, thanks. By the way, just in case you haven't noticed, I replied to your comment in List of characters in Fire Emblem: Fūin no Tsurugi. Aveyn Knight (talk) 11:49, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, right, I missed that. Is the image one? It's the closest one that I could find. If so, the one on the left is Fa. while the one on the right is Idoun. Aveyn Knight (talk) 15:34, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Computer Science etc[edit]

I'm not a Computer Scientist, I'm a computer programmer, which is a very different thing. There are lots of opportunities in both professions. If you're successful, then yes, you'll be able to find a job that involves lots of travel. Tim Bray (talk) 05:06, 6 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Nintendo task force membership[edit]

If you are not already aware, the Super Smash Bros. task force (formerly WikiForce Super Smash Bros.) has very recently been merged into the Nintendo task force (formerly WikiProject Nintendo). As a result, the memberlist of the old task force has been merged into the Nintendo task force's memberlist. In order to gauge who is still active and willing to participate actively in the Nintendo task force, I have placed all those members under the inactive participants list, which is located below the active participants list at WP:NIN.

If you wish to continue participation as a member of the Nintendo task force, then go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Nintendo/left panel, remove your entry from the inactive list, and place your entry at the bottom of the active list. If you don't wish to be a member of the Nintendo task force, then simply remove your name from the list. One month from now, on May 16, 2009, all remaining entries on the inactive list will be removed. Thank you, MuZemike 15:10, 16 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Userpage coding[edit]

Hi, I apologise for not informing you that I was going to use some of your codes to create my own profile page. I did not think that it was necessary to inform you since much of the codes is widely used by many other Wikipedia members. If you have been offended, I apologise.

As for the vandalism part, I do not believe I have vandalised your codes. I may be wrong, but I certainly did not edit your coding. If I have, it was a plain accident and nothing malicious to it, and I apologise if I did. I'm not one who likes to vandalise, and I hate vandals myself. Vandalism is the last thing on my mind.

Finally, i'm still quite new to Wiki coding, so I have little, if not none, knowledge of how to do my coding. So I had to search around for a "template" that was easier for me to understand. It just so happened that your page fit the requisite.

Once again, I apologise for the troubles I have "created". It is my wish to make friends, not enemies. =xLpjz290 (talk) 12:12, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Call out[edit]

WikiProject Alternate History is currently holding a roll call, which we hope to have annually. Your username is listed on the members list, but we are unsure as to which editors are still active within the project. If you still consider yourself an active editor, please add your name back to the Active members list. You can also list yourself as a Supporter if you feel you cannot dedicate the time necessary to be an active member.

Please also see the Project talk page for more information concerning this Call Out. Zombie Hunter Smurf (talk) 13:49, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Nintendo task force membership update[edit]

It's that time again to update membership status with the Nintendo task force, which we try to do every 3-4 months to keep our membership up-to-date.

All participants have been placed on an "Inactive participants" list. To confirm that you're still a member of the Nintendo task force, simply go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Nintendo#Members and move your name from the "Inactive participants" list to the bottom of the "Active participants" list. If you are no longer an active member in the task force, you may simply remove your name altogether. After 1 month, on October 1, all entries under the "Inactive participants" list will be removed. Hopefully you can stay with us and continue to work on Nintendo-related articles. Regards, MuZemike 17:50, 1 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

John Lindsay in ZBT?[edit]

Please provide reliable sourcing before re-adding the somewhat preposterous idea of John Lindsay, the quintessential WASP, belonging to the Jewish fraternity ZBT - in fact the ZBT chapter at Yale ceased to exist in 1936. I know there are lists around that claim it, but we need something more reliable than that. Thanks Tvoz/talk 19:58, 12 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Malthead has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable neologism. No refs. No claim of notaoblity.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
