What does it mean by being adopted ,and what can I do to increase my chances of being adopted by writer or blogger on Wikipedia

The very short answer is it means that you get a mentor to help you edit Wikipedia. The longer answer is already written at Wikipedia:Adopt-a-user, which has some good advice both for the adopter and the adoptee. If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, or Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. Hi, there are a few ways that it can work - you can just edit how you wish and I will just check in on your progress and give you some tips, I can give you some tips now and you can ask me what you need help with, or you can ask me things that you need help with.
