Imaages

[edit]

You seem to be labouring under the misapprehension that South Weald Cricket Club has any say whatsoever in image usage and placement on wikipedia articles. It does not. A CC-BY-4.0 image on Commons can be used without your permission and ditto without the permission of the cricket club. Please do not edit war over images on the South Weald Camp article. --Tagishsimon (talk) 08:16, 30 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the feedback, it's more the fact the image used doesn't actually reflect 100% where the site lies so not representing the full truth, but that's ok with me as you seem some what insistent to use it. --dom672 (talk) 09:40, 30 December 2020 (GMT)

Your submission at Articles for creation: South Weald Cricket Club (January 2)

[edit]
Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by Tagishsimon was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: You persist in trying to shore up this cricket club by shovelling in content from the South Weald Camp article, against very clear advice. You've been given a good opportunity to demonstrate notability and the help of WP:CRICKET was solicited on your behalf. I think we have now done all we can to help, but regretfully must conclude that this is not a notable subject; and we can have reason to doubt whether you are here to build n encyclopedia, or promote a cricket club in which you are closely involved.
