List of suicides[edit]

Hi. Regarding your edit to List of suicides, it is important to always keep in mind that when it comes to fringe theories and pseudoscience, including ideas that have not been corroborated by the scientific community, such ideas not obfuscate the description of the mainstream views of the scientific community or be given undue weight. Regarding that citations you added to support the idea that Kurt Cobain was murdered:

  • Whether Brobible would pass WP:IRS is questionable, but either way, that article calls the idea of a Cobain murder "sensationlistic". The ideas put forward by the individuals quoted in that story are not indicated to have been given any scientific credence, and the author of that article himself says of those ideas, "Bullshit. I’m calling complete bullshit. Courtney Love had no hand in her late husband’s death beyond helping to fuel their drug addled lives. She did not kill Kurt Cobain, nor did she write his suicide note. Unless I see concrete evidence, of which there is none, I refuse to believe that Kurt Cobain was murdered by his widowed wife."
  • The Alternative Nation article spotlights the investigation of Tom Grant, whose conclusions have also not been corroborated by the scientific community, and indeed, that very article is filled with detailed information that refutes or falsifies many of the lines of evidence on which Grant bases his conclusion of murder.
  • CBS News is certainly reputable and passes WP:IRS, but the CBS News article you cited refers to the idea that Cobain was murdered a "rumor propagated by conspiracy theorists", and that the release of the photos of the shotgun reported in that story dispelled that rumor.

Thus, these sources do not support the moving of Cobain's entry to the "Possible suicides" section of the article.
